New Trustee for STF

We are delighted to welcome Deb Kamis to our board of trustees.

Deb worked in the airline industry for 25 years and has extensive administrative experience. She later moved to Holland for seven years, and subsequently to New York, where she managed a group of successful Yoga studios.

She is a qualified holistic life coach and a practitioner in several healing modalities, including Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies and Reiki.

She is looking forward to further studies with Rod Stryker on Yoga Nidra ‘The Enlightened Sleep’.
